Performance Drywall was proud to support the expansion of Birkdale’s growing retail district with the construction of a new two-story mixed-use building. Designed to blend modern storefront appeal with structural durability, this project required precise framing, a strong exterior envelope, and clean interior finish systems suited for future tenant upfits.

Performance Commercial Drywall provided all exterior metal stud framing, establishing the structural outline and supporting the architectural form of both levels. The building envelope was completed with exterior gypsum sheathing, delivering a weather-resistant and code-compliant foundation for the final façade finishes.
Inside the structure, PDI installed all interior metal stud framing, shaping retail suites, corridors, mechanical pathways, and future tenant spaces with accuracy and consistency. Our team also completed all wall insulation and drywall installation, ensuring a performance-ready interior that meets sound, fire, and energy requirements.
